25/05/2007 Building finished.

30/04/2007 Building is being built.

19/03/2007 Groundwork's to be started.

11/10/2006 Archaeological evaluation taken place.
20m x 1.8m x 1.2m trench. Prehistoric flints found.

20/06/2006 Dropped kerb being installed on
footpath 1st stage of development.

22/05/2006 Planning permission granted for all
containerized storage at our facilities.

31/03/2006 Planning application put forward for
containerised storage yard at 63 Pinbush Road, Lowestoft.

10/03/2006 Planning permission granted! As per plans.

01/02/2006 Planning application put forward to Waveney district council.

12/02/2004 Land purchased for development.
